Where we transfer your Personal Information overseas Vault Legal will take reasonable steps to ensure that your Personal Information is treated securely and the means of transfer provides adequate safeguards.

  • Vault Legal takes steps reasonable in the circumstances to ensure that the Personal Information it holds is protected from misuse, interference and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Vault Legal holds Personal Information in both hard copy and electronic forms in secure databases on secure premises, accessible only by authorised staff.
  • The transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. We cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our online services and any transmission is at your own risk.
